Denise specialises in Wills (and in particular in Inheritance Tax Planning, also giving seminars on this subject); Advance Directives/Living Wills; Funeral and aftercare directives; Elderly care issues and Powers of Attorney and is able to draw up Islamic Wills.

Her aim is to give a no nonsense, straightforward and easy to understand package that will encourage you to write your Will and do so at a fair and reasonable price. A Will is something that only you can decide to do, and she can assist you with a quality service.

She is a former director of R L Edwards Ltd (a 5 branch legal practice in the Mid Glamorgan region of South Wales) and formerly a partner in its predecessor R. L. Edwards & Partners having been with that firm since 1983. She started with the firm as a secretary, then qualified as a Legal Executive and thereafter obtained her law degree at the University of Glamorgan and returned to the firm to practise in 1992. She retired from the firm in 2006 to set up her own business to assist those who wish to live independently but are unable to source the services they require. Whilst doing so she saw the need for a will writing service.
